My Goals as a Digital Learning Coach

• Inspire educators and instructional leaders to use technology to create equitable and ongoing access to high-quality learning.

• Coach teachers with clarity to foster their confidence and amplify their instructional impact with technology.

• Work with grade level teachers and instructional leaders to infuse technology into grade-level content as determined by the Common Core and SFPS Priority Standards.

• Encourage students and staff to be active digital citizens by embracing positive online interactions, ensuring online safety, and responsibility in managing information online.

What is a Digital Learning Coach (DLC)?

• A DLC is a learning coach, with a specific focus on incorporating technology into classroom learning.

• DLCs are site-based learning coaches that collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance student learning through professional development, classroom support, and data-driven strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and student achievement. 

• A DLC coaches teachers to integrate best practices with technology tools to enhance student learning, increase student engagement, and increase teacher productivity.
