Empower educators and leaders to leverage technology in ways that expand equitable, consistent access to meaningful, high-quality learning experiences.
Deliver embedded professional learning through coaching that builds teacher capacity and supports lasting instructional growth.
Partner with teachers, administrators, and district teams to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
Support grade-level teams and campus leaders in thoughtfully integrating technology into instruction aligned with SFPS Priority Standards.
Foster a culture of responsible digital citizenship by promoting safe, respectful online engagement and helping students and staff navigate the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence.

What is a Digital Learning Coach (DLC)?

A DLC is a learning coach, with a specific focus on incorporating technology into classroom learning.
DLCs are site-based learning coaches that collaborate with teachers and administrators to enhance student learning through professional development, classroom support, and data-driven strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and student achievement.
A DLC coaches teachers to integrate best practices with technology tools to enhance student learning, increase student engagement, and increase teacher productivity.
