Governing Board Basics
We meet monthly every third Monday, 6 - 8 PM
Meeting by Zoom frequently
Occasionally meeting in person in San Francisco
Annual retreat
Fundraising commitment of $2,000 per board member per year
Current board is 9 members
Annual budget is ~$500,000
We seek to add more diversity, particularly in the areas of race, gender, and religious identity
All skills welcome
We are seeking more help in finance, events, technology, social media, law, and human resources
Experience around homelessness is helpful
Folks with a heart for our ministry are encouraged to inquire and join us on a night walk or in a program

Mission: We increase access to spiritual care and community – at night, on the phones, on the streets.
We do not judge or convert. We meet people wherever they are and offer loving presence.
Vision: We envision a world in which everyone can connect to their inherent sacredness and express their unique humanity in spiritual companionship.
