I have not been receiving the newsletter...

The Volunteer and Staff newsletter is now being emailed every other week. If you have not been receiving it, you were most likely unsubscribed accidentally by unsubscribing to another email sent through Mailchimp. You can check your subscription preferences by clicking at the bottom of a previous edition. Check the Bulletins page above to access a previous newsletter.

Matrix is not working properly on my phone or tablet...

Make sure you are using a browser that is Matrix friendly. Most get along, but Safari has been known to cause glitches and incomplete loading of schedules. We recommend Chrome and Firefox.

I am not able to schedule in Matrix...

This may sound silly, but please make sure you are logged in. You should see a "Welcome Name" on the left tab when the page opens. Otherwise you will have to log in again.

Matrix says "I'm restricted" from signing up...

If you are restricted, please email the Volunteer Coordinator to verify you have met the training qualification(s) for the role and/or that it was properly entered in your profile.
