8-Balls typically are balls of liquid, shaken to give the answer to a yes or no question. Using MIT App Inventor, we replicated that behaivior using an image of an 8-Ball and blocks of code. Using an accelerometer sensor, we made the program run and give an answer only when the device (iPad) was shaken. This made for an interesting testing sequence, where we would mess around with code, change something, and then viciously shake our iPads. Various answers, both positive and negative, are returned by the Magic 8-Ball.
