FAQ

We have a group of about 16 Gotham Club members joining us for the full trip, and may have some fellow members join us for a select activity or two. Your Giants staff hosts for the trip are Becky Fenton (Director of Hospitality, Giants Enterprises), Josh Bolden (Gotham Club Manager) and Stephen Revetria (President, Giants Enterprises).

Your game tickets will be available to you via the Ballpark App ONLY.  There will be no printed tickets. To receive your tickets, please send Becky the email address associated with your Giants Ticket Account, if you have not done so already.  This will be the email that you typically use to log into MLB.com to buy Giants tickets.  Your tickets will be sent to this account. 

We want you to be comfortable on this trip!  Giants gear is always appropriate and encouraged, but feel free to bust out your upscale vacation attire for our dinner on Friday night! See our other attire notes on the Itinerary page.

Ocean 44 Dress Code is Elegant Casual:
At Ocean 44, we encourage all of our guests to get dressed up for a great experience. In order to maintain an enjoyable environment for all of our guests, athletic wear, excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, and ball cap style hats and visors will not be permitted. We prefer no printed t-shirts and always appreciate collared shirts and/or sports coats. Please dress as your always elegant selves. 

We encourage those who wish to continue wearing masks to do so. Please be kind and respectful to your fellow members’ preferences and have a mask on hand for situations when it’s necessary. 

If you are experiencing COVID/flu/cold symptoms, prior to the start of the trip, please cheer on the Giants from the comfort of your home. If you begin to experience symptoms while on the trip, please stay in your hotel room and let Becky know.

Masks, hand sanitizer and Covid tests will be on hand in case you need them. 

A few little treats will be delivered to your room throughout the trip.  When leaving your room, be sure to remove your Do Not Disturb sign, or you may miss these deliveries!
