Welcome to SFFRNT & Co. LLC. By engaging with our personal consultations, business solutions, or property management services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

SFFRNT & Co. LLC (the "Company") provides educational tools and management systems designed to optimize financial and operational frameworks.

• Personal Credit Consulting: We provide education and personalized strategies. We are a credit consultancy, not a credit repair organization. We do not guarantee specific score increases, as results depend on individual financial behavior and third-party reporting.

• Business Solutions: We offer structuring and funding guidance. Approval for capital is subject to third-party lender criteria.

• Property Management: Oversight and management services are governed by specific Management Agreements executed between the Company and the Property Owner.

2. No Financial or Legal Advice

The information provided during consultations, including "process education" and "personalized strategies," is for educational purposes. SFFRNT & Co. LLC does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with certified professionals before making significant financial commitments.

3. Intellectual Property

All proprietary management systems, educational curriculum, "Property Frameworks," and operational materials provided during our engagement are the sole intellectual property of SFFRNT & Co. LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of these systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Client Responsibilities

To maximize your "execution capability," you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and timely financial and property documentation.

• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary tools or "Business Solutions" shared during consultations.

• Acknowledge that financial growth and property performance are collaborative efforts requiring client participation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SFFRNT & Co. LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from:

• Fluctuations in credit scores or lending market volatility.

• Actions taken by third-party creditors or lenders.

• Property damages or tenant disputes outside the scope of "Strategic Oversight" as defined in the Property Management Agreement.

6. Fees and Payments

• Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Management fees for property and business systems are billed as "earned income" and are non-refundable once service for the period has commenced.

• In the event of a payment default, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to all management systems and consultation schedules.

7. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate the professional relationship with written notice. For Property Management services, termination is subject to the notice period (typically 30 days) outlined in the primary Service Contract to ensure a seamless transition of oversight.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which SFFRNT & Co. LLC is registered.

Privacy Policy

At SFFRNT & Co. LLC, we recognize that your financial and property data are among your most sensitive assets. This Privacy Policy outlines our rigorous standards for collecting, protecting, and utilizing your information within our management and consultation frameworks.

Personal Identifiers: Name, contact information, and government-issued identification required for credit strategy sessions.

Financial & Credit Data: Credit reports, business financial statements, and tax documentation necessary to build your "funding-ready" structure.

Property Data: Physical addresses, tenant information, and maintenance records required for our property management oversight.

2. How We Use Your Information

We utilize your data exclusively to maximize your organizational and personal capability:

To develop personalized credit and funding strategies.

To execute property management duties and vendor coordination.

To communicate critical updates regarding your management systems or consultation schedule.

Note: We do not sell your personal or business data to third-party marketers.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share information with third parties when it is essential for the execution of our services:

Lenders & Creditors: When authorized by you to facilitate business funding or credit rebuilding.

Service Vendors: Contractors or maintenance teams required to maintain your property framework.

Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of SFFRNT & Co. LLC.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your "dark data" from unauthorized access.

Physical and digital records are stored in encrypted environments.

Financial data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the service requirements or to comply with legal record-keeping obligations.

5. Client Confidentiality

All strategic consultations are protected under strict professional confidentiality. Your business's internal "operational framework" and your personal credit profile are never disclosed to other clients or unauthorized entities.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold regarding your profile, request corrections to inaccurate information, or request the deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual retention requirements).

7. Changes to This Policy

SFFRNT & Co. LLC reserves the right to update this policy as we refine our management systems. Clients will be notified of significant changes via our primary communication channels.

Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SFFRNT & Co. LLC, we are committed to providing high-impact education and management systems. Because our services involve personalized strategy, professional time, and operational oversight, we adhere to the following refund and cancellation standards.

1. Personal & Business Consultations

Service Delivery: Fees for credit consultations and business structuring sessions are charged for the professional time and proprietary education provided.

Refunds: Once a consultation has been completed, the fee is considered fully earned and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to show up for a scheduled session without notice may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

2. Business Solutions & Funding Systems

Strategic Work: Much of the work involved in structuring a company for funding success happens "behind the scenes." As such, deposits for business credit building or funding packages are non-refundable once the initial audit and framework design have commenced.

Guarantees: While we maximize your "funding success" capability, SFFRNT & Co. LLC does not guarantee third-party loan approvals. Refunds will not be issued based on the decisions of external lenders or banks.

3. Property Management Services

Management Fees: Monthly management fees are billed for ongoing oversight and are non-refundable once the service month has begun.

Setup Fees: Any initial "Property Framework" setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process and vendor coordination have started.

Client Funds: Any tenant deposits or "owner reserves" held in escrow are fully refundable to the owner, minus any outstanding vendor invoices or earned management fees, upon the termination of the Management Agreement.

4. Cancellation of Ongoing Services

Notice Period: To ensure a seamless transition of your operational framework, ongoing management services require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.

Final Accounting: Upon cancellation, SFFRNT & Co. LLC will provide a final ledger within 15 business days, reconciling any remaining balances or pre-paid expenses.

5. Digital Products & Educational Materials

All sales of digital downloads, "Process Education" guides, or pre-recorded webinars are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.

6. Contact for Disputes

If you feel that our management systems did not meet the "excellence" promised in our mission statement, please submit a formal review request to Admin@Sffrnt-Co.com. We value our client partnerships and will review all concerns on a case-by-case basis.
