Elementary School

Following the charism of our patron Saint, St. Francis of Assisi, our mission focuses on the development of the whole child - academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.

At SFA our primary students (grades K - 2) are developing the ability to approach the world logically. These students are naturally curious about their world and learn best through direct discovery in hands-on experiences with manipulatives that engage the five senses.

Our intermediate students (grades 3-5) focus on intellectual expansiveness. They are interested in the natural world, in how things are put together, and in how things work. During these years, they also work well in groups.
