At St. Francis of Assisi we look to our middle schoolers to be leaders. To represent the close-knit setting we have cultivated at SFA and to exemplify our vision of being generous stewards of their time in talents in order to create a collaborative school community.

Middle school (6-8) is a time of unprecedented growth for young people and parents often see major changes in their children. Every child’s development is unique. Our middle school students continue to develop skills of investigation and an understanding of the nature and process of science. Sixth, seventh and eighth grade students should are engaged in activities that help them think critically about evidence and the relationship between evidence and explanation.
