Mrs. POKO

Tiffney Pokorny (Mrs. Poko) is the Library Media Specialist for the Middle and High School. She has spent the last 18 years developing her library management skills, and in 2019, she completed her Master's Degree in Education Administration.

She enjoys partnering with teachers and working with students by developing practical programs to meet the educational goals valued by the Seymour School District. Away from school, she loves to spend time with her family, reading, camping, hiking, and being with her friends. She has four children and her husband works for the city of Springfield. She enjoys the ever-changing environment of the library and is looking forward to launching a new library curriculum over the upcoming year.
