Joe is a current Firefighter with 30 years as a firefighter. The last 7 years in fire prevention, fire investigation and public education. Joe spent 20 years teaching for the Ohio Fire Academy teaching firefighters throughout the state of Ohio.

Rick
Rick is a current Law Enforcement Detective with 25 plus years in service. Rick specializes in Cyber crimes, Firearms and investigations.

Mike Warner... Mike decided with Stage 4 cancer that we needed to start a business. That we needed to deliver what many fire departments are unable to do because of funding. Mike passed away July 18th, 2025. He is in the loving arms of Jesus
Mike began his service to our country by enlisting in the United States Army. He served 2 tours in Vietnam and 1 tour in Germany. When he returned home he worked, met Becky, got married, had Joe and Rick. In 1976 he started his fire service career with Hambden Volunteer Fire Department. He rose to the rank of Chief and in 1995 he left Hambden and became the Fire Chief in Concord Township.
Mike eventually retired from Concord in 2016 and became a Captain in charge of Communications with Lake County Sheriffs and retired from there in 2021. Mike's life was about serving others.
