The Fam

Her*story

The civil unrest of Summer 2020 pushed the creation of Seton's first Black Student Union into fruition. Many students felt there was no place within Seton to express themselves freely and engage in topics centering race. The BSU constantly aims to be a safe space for Black Indigenous people of color to exist with their full breadth of emotion and authentic identity. We aim to build a sisterhood that learns, heals, celebrates, and mobilizes together.

Who we are

The Black Student Union is inclusive of all Seton students from every racial background and all walks of life. Diversity is beautiful and inclusion is even better! We are here to support and amplify the student voice. To become a member, hit the join button at the bottom of the page and sign up for our newsletter so you never miss a beat! It's that easy...so what are you waiting for?

The wonderful, illustrious Ms. Cooke is our club moderator and site administrator. Please find her email here: vcooke@setonhs.org
