A WARM HELLO!!
I graduated from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Early Childhood Education in 2015. I was assigned to Johnston-Hopkins Elementary for student teaching, where I taught Kindergarten for half of a semester! I was offered a 1st grade position there, and taught 1st grade for 2 years. I am so thankful for my time spent there, as I learned an incredible amount about myself and teaching littles!
My goal was always to end up at at a Catholic School, but little did I know God would place me at St. Edward-a little slice of Heaven on Earth! I feel so blessed to be your child's teacher and I am fully dedicated to helping them grow emotionally, spiritually, socially, and academically! One of my favorite teaching quotes that I carry with me each school day is "Let us speak to our children as if they are the wisest, kindest, most beautiful humans on Earth-for what they believe is what they will become." PK4 is such a special year full of SO MUCH GROWTH-and I can't wait for you to experience it all with me!
Below you will find a little more about me and my sweet little family!
