I want to be Student Body President because I want to contribute to making SES the best, safest, and most fun, engaging, and spirited school that it can be, whether that means that I am helping plan and/or set up events, or sharing ideas that are my own or someone outside of student government. I am also aware that the 2020-2021 school year is, for now, strictly online distance learning and there are many people from the 2019-2020 school year who were discouraged from the cancellation of many fun events in the second semester of that year. I want to lift people's spirits by planning then helping set up fun events and spirit days/activities to participate in, and promote said events and activities in a way that will draw in their interest. Another reason I show interest in continuing with Student Government is because I feel confident in my ability of performing the duties and obligations of the position I am running for while maintaining a consistent schedule and proficient performance in my academic and personal life.
