1 -- Before doing anything -- restart your device and/or power it off and power it back on again. (See Tech Problem Flow Chart to the right for details.)
2 -- If you performed the steps indicated in the Flow Chart and you are still having issues, then you can reach out to the Tech Department by any of the following methods:
A. Email ctraub@sese.org
B. On a SESE desktop/wall phone or on the MyPhoneMobile app, dial 224
C. On a regular phone, call 618/455-3134 and dial 224 as soon as the auto-attendant starts talking.
