My teaching philosophy is that learning happens when you are interested and having fun. In class, we try to do as many activites as possible when learning the content. Playing games, singing songs, yoga and hands-on activities make learning better!

I graduated from Millersville Univeristy with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Education. In 1999, I received my Master's of Science in School Counseling. I continue to take classes to contine learning in the ever changing world of education.

Life and Everything Else.....

I live in Stewartstown with my husband, Greg and our three children (Emily, Adam and Lizzie Jo) . All five of us graduated from Kennard-Dale High School. I like to travel and do new things. I love to bike! I go with my dad on different biking trails. Spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do! I also like to garden, read books, enjoy the sunshine, be outside and have fun!
