Directional Lock Instructions and Reset

• To open
  • Squeeze the shackle firmly toward the lock twice and release to clear the lock each time before opening it.
  • Enter the combination by sliding the button to each position in the combination pattern. Glide back to the center before going to the next position.
  • Pull up on the shackle to open the lock.
  • To close the lock insert the shackle and squeeze firmly.
• To reset (Must be done in this order)
  • Place lock in the open position.
  • On the back of the lock, use a pointed object to slide the reset lever into the “up” position, toward the “R”.
  • IMPORTANT: insert the shackle into the lock and squeeze firmly twice to “clear it”.
  • Pull up on the shackle to open the lock.
  • Enter the new combination.
  • Slide the reset lever back to the “down” position.
  • Insert the shackle into the lock and squeeze firmly.
  • The lock will now open with your new combination. Remember to squeeze the shackle firmly toward the lock twice and release to “clear” the lock each time before opening it.
• The Direction Lock can be stored in the reset position. Open the shackle and push the pin on the rear of the lock into the up position. This way it is always ready to be re-set and you don't need to remember the combination.
