Use only fictional or fully de-identified student information. Do not enter student names, dates of birth, student identification numbers, parent names, addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
AI-generated content must always be reviewed and revised by the educator and ARC. The Kentucky IEP Builder supports drafting and review, but it does not replace teacher judgment, ARC decision-making, district procedures, legal guidance, or formal compliance review.
Even with strong internal instructions and uploaded KDE guidance, the tool cannot guarantee compliance because that depends on accurate student data, individualization, implementation, and ARC decisions.
