$168/ hour, Mon - Fri, 8-5pm
$252 hour overtime, nights and Saturdays
$336/ hour on holidays and Sundays

All invoices are to be paid NET 30 days of the invoice date.
Service calls and emergency repair costs will be billed at the current labor rate in effect. Holidays observed: New Year's, President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Scheduled maintenance contracts may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice.
Any fixed-price maintenance or bid jobs do not include applicable sales tax; it will be added when invoiced. If Service 1 HVAC has to submit invoices via website portal, there will be a $25 fee per invoice.
