Ashley Serin is a High School Principal in Placer County. Before beginning her work in site administration, she served as a Coordinator of Curriculum and Instruction for the Placer County Office of Education, where she supported districts across California in Coaching and UDL professional development and implementation. She has worked with K-12 grade levels across a variety of subjects and programs. She has also served as a professor of Instructional Leadership, Coaching and Mentoring for the William Jessup University MAEd Program, and the author of A Guide to Coaching: Resources, Strategies and Insights for an Effective Instructional Coaching Program. Ashley began her career as a high school English teacher.Â
