Commanders Mission Statement:
My intent is for this Battalion to be more than just a unit, I want it to be a family. A place where you’re safe, supported, and pushed to grow, even through mistakes. Every cadet here matters, and just showing up makes a difference. You are the future of this program, bright, talented, and capable of going further than I ever could. My job is to give you the skills to succeed not only in CACC, but in life. Together we’ll learn, lead, and leave this Battalion better than we found it, one team, one family, one 434th.
Deputy Commanders Mission Statement:
434th Battalions mission is to provide a disciplined engaging and rewarding environment driving every cadet to success in their cadet careers, life goals, and personal life. We aspire to excel in teamwork and leadership, where every cadet leaves as a better version of themselves than before they joined the California Cadet Corps. In 434th our cadets are strong, resourceful, and go getters!
