To join or request a partnership with GamerMaster. Here are the following steps
send a email or letter to Caden Hatfield (CEO and Founder of GamerMaster)
After sending the message or letter. You will receive a sign-in form from the GMPP (GamerMaster Partnership Program)
If you finished signing in the form. Please return the form to the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster and he will decide if you could be accepted or declined depending how much policies you violated. However if you were banned for violating GamerMaster's policies or community guidelines. then you will be declined. And if you don't violate the policies as much. then you will be accepted.
To purchase a GamerMaster product. Here are the following steps.
send a email/letter or ask the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster for a request of buying a GamerMaster product
After asking or sending a email or letter. You will receive a order-in form from GamerMaster Headquarters. please sign in the form to confirm your order.
After siging the form. Return the form back to the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster and then your product will be shipped to you. But however if you don't or you if you forgot to sign in the form then you might receive a notice from GamerMaster. If not signed in around between 2 or 3 weeks then your order will be cancelled or delayed.
To request for a repair for your Cyberpen Ultra. Here are the following steps.
send a email/letter or ask the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster for a request of a repair of your product.
After asking or sending a email or letter. You will receive a form about how do you get your product damaged for several reasons and if signed the feedback will be sent to GamerMaster Headquarters.
After the feedback is sent then the repair process begins. When your product is repaired then your product will be product in a " Your repair has been repaired package"
To report a feedback or issue. Here are the following steps.
send a email/letter or ask the CEO and Founder of GamerMaster for report for a issue or feedback
After asking or sending a email or letter. You will receive a form about what are the reasons why are you making a report to GamerMaster or a feedback form.
After making a report for feedback or issue. Return the form back to the CEO and Founder and GamerMaster. And the the issue will be involved however making a false/fake report can result in serious consequences.

Step 1: Gather Your Product Information
Before applying for TotalCare, make sure you have the following:
Product Name & Model (e.g., Cyberpen Ultra Edge, GamerMaster Wired Microphone)
Serial Number or Code (if applicable, check on packaging or product body)
Purchase Date
Store or Place of Purchase
Proof of Purchase (receipt, invoice, or a picture of packaging with date)
Your Full Name and Contact Details

Step 2: Fill Out the TotalCare Form (Offline)
On a piece of paper, write the following clearly:

Step 3: Submit to GamerMaster
After completing your application form:
Place your filled form and proof of purchase (a photocopy, receipt, or packaging slip) into an envelope.
Send or deliver it to:

Step 4: Confirm Receipt (Optional)
You may confirm that your application has been received by contacting GamerMaster Support:
📞 Phone or SMS using the number listed in your product guide
📬 Or include a request in your mailed envelope to “Please confirm receipt of TotalCare activation”
Once confirmed, GamerMaster TotalCare will be activated for your product and remain valid as long as you own it, unless ownership is transferred or the product is modified.
🔒 Important Notes
You must apply before or during the time of purchase. A short grace period (usually 7–14 days) may apply.
Unauthorized repairs, tampering, or missing proof will result in denied coverage.
Applications with false or incomplete information will be rejected.
All TotalCare applications must follow this manual offline method—no websites are involved.
