We are pleased to announce Division 34’s third annual online conference will be held virtually September 26-27, 2024. Join us as we explore the latest insights from environmental, population, and conservation psychology. This year’s theme is “Psychology for a Resilient Future: Adaptation, Mitigation, and Coping in a Changing World".
Last year’s inaugural conference featured 70 speakers, an interactive platform, and received great reviews from attendees. This year, we’re continuing to provide chances to interact with attendees and featured speakers. Don’t miss out! Submit your abstracts by May 31st, 11:59 p.m. in your local time zone.
Registration is now open July 10 - September 19, 2024.
Financial Hardship Application
The Financial Waiver Application is due by September 18. Open to anyone experiencing financial hardship.
Our conferences are organized around five broad topics:
Activism and Engagement (policy support, policy-maker decision-making, motivators of civic action, collective action, systems change)
Improving Our Science (novel methods, study design, many-labs, mixed methods)
Individual, Structural, and Organizational Change (behavior change, uptake of new behaviors, changes at different societal levels)
Resilience, Health, and Well-being (impacts of climate change on mental and physical health, community resilience, individual coping, risk assessment)
Technology and Design (urban design, architecture, carbon dioxide removal, energy, technology adoption)
Consistent with our conference theme, we encourage submissions that feature diverse researchers, audiences, and/or methods. We invite submissions that:

Focus on setting agendas for future work in the discipline within (or across) the conference themes
Submission types:
10-minute Full Talk. Individual talk. Conference organizers will group talks into thematic sessions to be presented to the entire conference audience.
