Welcome to the "Eleftheria" Scout Center, an oasis of adventure and learning in Kallipefki, Larissa.
Our Scout Center is a unique destination, combining the magic of the natural environment with the spiritual and educational development of young people. Here, at an altitude of 1100 meters, within an area of 10 acres, scouts build relationships, discover the beauty of nature, and deepen their understanding of the values of scouting.

Our Center has the following facilities:
Two four-room cabins with a capacity of up to 35 people
A central hall that can be used for dining, educational or conference purposes, and even for accommodation
A fully equipped indoor kitchen for cooking and food storage
Two outdoor toilet (7) and shower (8) blocks
Tool sheds
Three expansive camping plateaus, nestled amidst the trees, offer ample space for setting up tents and gathering around crackling campfires.
A designated flagpole plateau, slightly smaller but equally charming, provides a central gathering point.
A majestic amphitheater, carved into the natural landscape, seats up to 200 people and invites group activities and evening entertainment under the stars. The captivating fire pit area, surrounded by comfortable seating logs, comes equipped with firewood, creating the perfect ambiance for unforgettable evenings sharing stories and laughter.
While we don't currently offer organized activities, stepping outside our center is like stepping into an adventurer's dream. Majestic wooded trails wind through the surrounding area, promising peaceful hikes and encounters with diverse wildlife. For the more adventurous, challenging mountain trails offer the thrill of conquest, leading to breathtaking panoramic vistas. Families can enjoy playful exploration on charming plateaus, letting imaginations run wild amidst nature's playground.
And the hidden gems don't end there. Embark on a short hike within the woods, where nature unveils its magnificent balconies – hidden coves and rock formations perched above the landscape. Soak in panoramic sea views that soothe the soul and inspire awe. From these breathtaking vantage points, the beaches below beckon, promising refreshing dips and coastal adventures. While reaching them directly requires a half-hour drive down the mountain, the scenic journey adds to the charm.
Overnight stay in a tent per person: 4 euros for scout organisations members of the World Organization of the Scout Movement and 8 euros for all the rest.
Overnight stay in a wooden cabin per person: 6 / 12 euros (WOSM / others).
Charge for a big tent (with bunk beds) per camping period: 5 / 10 euros (subject of availability)
Consumption of electricity, water and gas: included in the accommodation costs.
Attention: If the cost of electricity consumption (recorded by the meter reading on the day of arrival and the day of departure of each group) exceeds 1 euro x number of campers x days of camping, then the Group will be charged for the additional consumption cost. For example, if a group of 30 people stays for 10 days and consumes electricity worth 350 euros, they will be charged an additional 50 euros at the end of the camping session, because this exceeds 1 euro x 30 campers x 10 days = 300 euros.
Charge for firewood: about 150 euros / m3, or 15 euros per bag. These prices might change according to the market prices of the visit period.
Charge for chestnut poles for wooden construction: free of charge if available
