SIGN UPS / AUDITIONS

Sign up on Schoolsbuddy from August 18th-20th (same time as the MS KAIAC Fall and Late Fall Sports)

Cost is w50,000 to participate for the year

For students who play a band instrument + rhythm section (piano, bass, drum set, or guitar) - this band specializes in jazz styles such as swing, blues, funk, jazz rock, bossa nova, and more! Due to balance and limited space, auditions on the rhythm section instruments may be necessary, pending on how many students are interested.

REHEARSAL DATES

Thursdays from 3:15-4:30 pm

Two 'check it out' days on August 28th and September 4th

Official rehearsals begin on September 18th and continue every Thursday except November 6th and December 4th.

Added dress rehearsal on stage is TBD, either on Dec 5th or 8th after school 

**Note: students in a Thursday Performing Arts group will attend the Performing Arts from 3:15-4:05 and then go to their KAIAC Sport from 4:15-5:00. Any students not in a KAIAC Sports will be in their Performing Arts from 3:15-4:30.**

Christmas Jazz Concert is on December 9th

Spring Jazz Concert is on May 28th
