Registration

Please keep these things in mind if you choose to present a poster:

• To avoid creating delays in poster printing, please talk to Jaehoon early about getting your poster printed. If everybody requests within a few days before the conference, it may cause a logjam, resulting in delays and stress for everyone involved.

• Doing a presentation using the projector in Jones 120 instead of a physical poster may be a good option for some students. If students are interested in replacing paper posters with digital presentations, it could save money and resources!

• Remember that posters are not free to print. Your advisor must provide a fund number to cover the printing costs!
