Upcoming Events!

I wanted to take a moment to give you some information you may need for the upcoming events/performances.

Friday:

  - 10:00 JH Veteran's Day Assembly (JH & HS Choir)

  - 2:30 HS Veteran's Day Assembly (JH & HS Choir)

Saturday:

  - 8:00-12:00 First Shift (see schedule)

  - 12:00-4:00 Second Shift (see schedule)

Veteran's Day. Students are to wear concert black, which is nice black dress clothes. These events happens during the school day. If your student needs to change between, there will be time!

Stars Over Seneca. Students are to wear jeans and Seneca T-Shirt (if possible). The attached schedule has been based off of information students have given on their availability and updated today. If you or your student's name is missing from the volunteer list for the event, please email or message Chris Tanksley.

Arrival. Students need to be at the council house no later than 45 minutes before the start time of the concert. (Usually 5:15). This is to allow warm up/last minute preparations. Non-students are welcome to wait in the PAC.

Absences. If your child is unable to attend, I need to know as soon as possible. The students understand that an excused absence can be made up by either singing their parts alone in front of the class or a 2-page paper over the music that is due within a week of the performance.
