Driver’s License
After 18 years of age:
Complete the application form DL 44.
Go to DMV (if you can, make an appointment)
Bring the required forms:
Social security card (original)
Birth Certificate (original)
School ID with your picture, your name, and birthdate
Completed form DL44 (can complete online or on paper in person)
$33 for the ID
Submit all of your documents and forms
Give a thumb print.
Have your picture taken.
Pay a $33 application fee.
Pass a vision exam.
Pass a traffic laws and sign test.
