Holly is an experienced Paramedic with over 15 years of service. 13 years at a high volume, high acuity municipal 911 service. 7+ years as a supervisor and currently serving in a new supervisor role. Featured on the hit TV series Nightwatch which aired on AE for 4+ seasons. She has a highly recognizable face within the First Responder community and has had the opportunity to attend several large conferences to present educational material or be featured in a meet/greet capacity- JEMS, EMS World, CTEMS, KEMSA, IEMSA, Tri-Community, and Louisiana EMS Education Conference and Expo. The last 2 years she has put focus into Leadership Training, both formal and informal. She has an outgoing personality and enjoys engaging in conversations of any kind.
Kelly Grayson, AGS, NRP, CCP is the owner and founder of MEDIC Training Solutions. He has been a Critical Care Paramedic and EMS educator for 30 years. Kelly is a passionate EMS advocate and a frequent regional and national EMS conference speaker, podcaster, contributing author to several EMS textbooks, award-winning columnist for EMS1.com and EMS World Magazine. He is the author of the bestselling Life, Death and everything in Between trilogy of EMS memoirs, the editor of the Perspectives emergency medicine and public safety anthologies, and many short stories and fiction novels.
Scott began his EMS career in 1992. Shortly after his arrival into pre-hospital medicine, he became a Firefighter with the City of Cleburne, Texas. With his love for education, Scott became the EMS educator for his Fire Department and other local agencies in need. He also joined Tarrant County College in Fort Worth as an Adjunct EMS Faculty. In 1999, Scott became a Flight Paramedic with CareFlite in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. For over 30 years, Scott continued to work both Fire and EMS as well as being a Flight Paramedic. He was promoted through each rank, including EMS Chief. He is currently the Fire Chief of the Cleburne Fire Department, a certified Master Firefighter, and still serves as an EMS instructor with the Fire Department. He recently “hung up his wings” after 19 years of service as a Flight Medic with CareFlite. Scott still holds his FP-C certification and maintains his flight status, just in case! In early 2022, Scott received a Gubernatorial Appointment from Texas Governor Greg Abbott to serve on the Governor’s EMS and Trauma Advisory Council (GETAC). Scott has lectured at state, national, and international conferences with a reputation as a dynamic speaker. He also appeared in an episode of “Miracle Detectives” on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Mike DeLoach was raised in Lamb County. He was born about 100 yards from where his office is today. He was raised in the Sudan Community and graduated Sudan HS in 1980. He tried his hand at farming for 14 years before going broke the first time.
He was certified as a paramedic in 1990, and has been involved in EMS at some level for 38 years. He started as a volunteer in Amherst, then when the City of Littlefield created their EMS Service, he was instrumental in starting their partially paid partial volunteer service. He earned a Bachelors degree in Ag Business from Wayland Baptist University in 2000 at the age of 40. He has been involved in EMS Education since 1992. In 2001 he started teaching EMS classes full time at TTUHSC, in 2003 when the Training Program was moved to South Plains College, he was named the Program Director. In 2009 he became the Program Director at Clovis Community College EMS Program and assisted with moving that program from the Fire Department to the College.
In 2010 he ran for Lamb County Judge; he was Elected in 2010 and sworn in January 1st 2011. He has been on the SPAG Board since January 1 2011. He is the Current President of the SPAG Board. He also serves as a board member for Central Plains MHMR. He is the Past Chairman of South Plains Emergency Medical Services and is the owner of West Texas EMS Resources, an EMS Consulting and Training Program. He is also the President of the West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association.
In 2011 he was appointed by Governor Rick Perry to the Governors EMS and Trauma Advisory Council, he was recently reappointed for a 3rd term.
Mike is married to Kelly who is a reading interventionist at Littlefield ISD, they have 2 grown children, Kristin who is a communication specialist with UMC Lubbock EMS, and Justin who is the Chief Executive Officer for the Children’s Advocacy Center of Greater West Texas in San Angelo.
In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking and working in his garden.
Cy Williams is an experienced paramedic with over 10 years in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) field. Starting his career in part-time roles with various small EMS services in Lubbock County, Cy built a strong foundation in emergency care before joining UMC EMS in Lubbock, where he served for 8.5 years. During his time at UMC, he was promoted to Field Training Officer (FTO) after five years and then to Chief after three more. Following his tenure at UMC, Cy served as the Assistant EMS Director for Lynn County EMS in Tahoka for just over a year. Since September of last year, he has been the Director of BRMC EMS in Brownfield, where he leads a dedicated team providing high-quality care to the community.
In addition to his leadership roles, Cy is actively involved in the state Emergency Medical Task Force (EMTF) and serves on the Board of Directors for Family Guidance and Outreach. His diverse experience in EMS and leadership roles makes him a passionate advocate for improving the quality of care and advancing EMS operations at both the local and state levels.
Lance Hill
Lance and his wife, Tina, have been married for 35 years. They are parents to a son, two daughters, and two sons-in-law. Lance is active in his church and is always looking for new ways to serve. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing his guitar. Lance will tell you life is best when he can combine his hobbies and spending time with his family. Lance retired at the rank of Battalion Chief, from the Portales Fire Department in Portales, NM after twenty-one and a half years. He has taught EMS classes at both ENMU-Roswell (NM) and Clovis Community College (NM). Lance has also been an AHA instructor since 1995. Over the years, he has formed friendships with many mentors and continues to draw on their experiences and lessons. Upon his retirement the family relocated to Levelland, Tx. where he currently works as a lead Paramedic and service educator.
