Selina Thompson Limited is seeking a new Operations Manager to play a key role in the smooth running of our company. As a core member of our team, you'll ensure the operational side of the business aligns with our values and supports the delivery of exciting, ambitious projects across a variety of artforms.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day company management
Lead the development of policies and procedures
Ensure systems and processes are efficient and aligned with our values
This is an exciting time for us, with several new projects in the pipeline, and we’re looking for someone who can help lay a solid foundation to support our future growth as an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation.
Key Details
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Permanent, following a 6-month probation period
Salary: £36,000 per annum for 32 hours per week
Location: Based at our studio in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter
Closing Date: 10am, Monday, 12th January 2026
