I started searching for assisted living for my mom in June. My search was complicated by COVID and not living locally. I was working with two companies that assist families with placing their loved ones. It quickly became a very frustrating process because the companies new less about San Antonio than I did. They knew what the facilities offered, but had no idea about the surrounding areas of facilities they were recommending. A general manager of a local independent living facility put me in touch with Esteban Rodriguez. Esteban called me that day to see if he could help. He immediately gave me the names of three facilities that I had never heard of. He was very familiar with the surrounding areas and what they had to offer. I did my homework on them, we visited the first one on his list and my mom said, “Well, this moves to the top of our list.” She never said that about any other facilities we looked at. My mom is now residing in that facility and we have Esteban to thank for that. Esteban knows San Antonio, asks all the right questions, and gives you realistic, educated choices. From the time we met Esteban to the time we had settled on a facility he recommended, less than a week had gone by. My only regret is that I didn’t meet Esteban in June. It would have saved me so much time and effort in my search! Many, many thanks Esteban!
