The Referral Bonus FAQ is a list of answers to common questions about SelectQuote's Referral Bonus process.

4. How are referral bonuses paid out? / My referral started already, why haven't I received my referral bonus?

• Great question! Referral bonuses are added to your paycheck once your referral has met the outlined required length of time in the position. If you do not receive your referral bonus, it could be that your referral did not meet certain tenure requirements, or that the referral was not submitted via the referral portal.

5. Can you verify if my name is listed as the referrer?

• Absolutely! Please reach out to recruitinghelp@selectquote.com for verification. Keep in mind, if you did not submit your referral via the SQ Referral Site! they will not be listed as your referral.

6. What if my referral was submitted incorrectly/not submitted?

• All referrals must be submitted through the referral portal. If not submitted through the portal, there is no guarantee a referral bonus will be paid. Recruiting will allow a 3-day grace period to claim referrals who may have applied on their own.

7. My referral has worked at SelectQuote in the past. Am I still eligible for a referral bonus?

• Referral bonuses are only eligible for individuals who are newly hired at SelectQuote and have not been employed with the company in the past 12 months per the date they start. Referral bonuses will not be provided for current employees or individuals who have been re-employed by SelectQuote within the last 12 months.

8. Can we share this on our social media channels?

• Yes! We encourage you to share our SelectQuote Careers posts on social media. You can also share your unique job referral link from the Employee Portal,  just know that you need to submit your referral through the iCIMS portal to get credit for your referral bonus.

9. Who do I contact with questions regarding my referral or the referral program?

10. Who is NOT eligible to earn employee referral bonuses?

• Management or any associate with a direct reporting structure or involved in the hiring/interviewing process is not eligible for the referral bonus. Recruiters are not eligible, any associate having access to recruiting tools, sources candidates, and qualifies candidates are not eligible.
