2025 BOLD-Rockwood Leadership Program
BOLD Center’s 18th BOLD Rockwood Cohort is a continued partnership with Rockwood Leadership Institute in 2025, integrating the core practices of Rockwood in a deeply informed SEIU context. This 8-month immersive experience aims to develop new awareness and new practices in leadership with and through others in a multi-racial cohort, with skills and practices focused on individual leadership transformation, racial equity with an intersectional lens, and team/organizational development.

Selection criteria:
Essential to apply:
Nomination from a supervisor
In a senior-level role in the IU or local and/or an elected leader
Considerations for the cohort:
Newly elected or hired during the pandemic
Individuals who represent SEIU membership and the future of labor
Leaders with a growth and benefit mindset
2025 participation requires attendance at three in-person sessions:
Session 1: March 24-28, 2025
Session 2: July 21-25, 2025
Session 3: December 8-12, 2025
Nomination & Application Timeline:
Cohort 18's nominations are open beginning on July 15, 2024 and will close on August 12, 2024
Applications are open from July 22, 2024 & close on August 19, 2024
