Hello! I am Mr. Pierce. I am excited to begin this journey here at Southeast Fountain Elementary School. This has been a dream of mine and I am looking forward to spending the year with you all.
I am from Veedersburg Indiana and I have grown up here my whole life. I graduated high school in 2015 from Fountain Central. I then attended Ivy Tech for 2 years, and earned my degree in Elementary Education just this past summer at Purdue University (Boiler Up). This will be my first year teaching and I am thrilled to be back in the SEFE building. I am looking forward to getting to know you all and can't wait to conquer the year with you!
I have 3 pets that I love. The first one is my dog and her name is Millie Mae (you may hear about her a lot). Then I also have 2 cats (Murphey and Mackey). I enjoy a lot of things, but most important is sports and spending time with my family.
Being a teacher is something I have dreamed of ever since I was young. I am super excited to be starting my first year off with all of you here at SEFE and I can't wait to get to know you all.

Hi! I'm Mrs. Hoagland. I'm so excited for another year at Southeast Fountain Elementary! This is my SEVENTH year teaching fourth grade, and I can't wait for another year learning and growing with students.
I am from Veedersburg and graduated from Fountain Central in 2012. I attended Ball State University and earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 2016. I worked as a teaching assistant at SEFE for the 2016-2017 school year. I then taught second grade at Williamsport Elementary for a year, before coming back to SEFE as a fourth grade teacher.
I have been married for just over eight years and have a five-year-old daughter, Cora, and a two-year-old daughter, Evie. Some of my favorite things are anything Walt Disney -- especially Cinderella!, Target, and candy...all candy.
Being a teacher has always been my dream. I am ecstatic to fulfill my dream in my hometown at Southeast Fountain Elementary! Here's to an exciting and successful year! Go Mustangs!
