Better understand the relationship of the network by a series of network leadership and trust questions.

“We often get caught up in life's daily hardships, but asset-based thinking really pushes you to focus on utilizing the resources and abilities that are available in your network and believing everyone has value.”

Examples and Tools

We use the Agency Capacity Assessment as the baseline for our planning process. It is designed to help us better understand each organization’s readiness to reach neighbors when, where, how, and how often the neighbor needs it. The data from this assessment shapes the network plan and supports our network-centric recommendations.
