Welcome to the Arcadia Global Public School Mobile App ("App"). This App provides parents with the ability to log in using their mobile number, make payments for their children's fees, and download receipts. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the App.
 

1. User Registration 

 
User accounts are created through the backend system of Arcadia Global Public School, not directly within the mobile app. Upon creation of your account in the backend, you will be notified, and you can access the App using your registered mobile number. By using the App, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for registration and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
 

2. Payment Processing 

 
The App allows parents to make payments for various school-related fees using credit or debit cards. By using the payment features, you agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information.
- Ensure sufficient funds or credit for payment processing.
- Pay all fees, including applicable taxes, as requested by the App.
- Receive electronic receipts upon successful payment.

Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to change the payment methods at any time. Any changes to the payment structure will be communicated to you in advance.
 

3. Receipt Download 

 
After completing a payment, parents will receive a receipt, which can be downloaded through the App. These receipts are non-transferable and can only be used for record-keeping purposes.
 

4. Data Privacy and Security 

 
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal and payment information you provide will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. All payment transactions are encrypted and processed through a secure gateway.
 

5. Parent Responsibilities 

 
By using the App, parents agree to:
- Ensure the information provided during account creation is correct and up-to-date.
- Use the App solely for its intended purpose.
- Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Not engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activities via the App.
 

6. Suspension or Termination of Account 

 
Arcadia Global Public School reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including, but not limited to, violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or security concerns.
 

7. Support and Maintenance 

 
If you experience any issues with the App, you can contact our support team for assistance. We aim to provide timely support, but cannot guarantee the resolution of all issues immediately. Maintenance updates or features may be released periodically.
 

8. Limitation of Liability 

 
Arcadia Global Public School will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to:
- Errors in payment processing.
- Loss of data or receipts.
- Service interruptions or downtime.
 

9. Governing Law 

 
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
 

10. Modifications to Terms 

 
Arcadia Global Public School reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of those changes.
