Seedlings has supported this club since 2016 and was our founding garden site!  Club grew so much we had two separate days durig 2022/2023 school year!

Spring Lake Middle School / RVCS 

We started supporting RVCS - Sequoia campus before the two campuses combined on the Spring Creek Elementary campus.  We enjoy seeing elementary students from clubs show up at our middle school club excited to work and grow veggies!

Additional schools supported...

We recently started supporting addtional school gardens by providing a plant stand with supplies and soils for garden coordinator to pick up prior to club.  We can proudly say we support Sequoia and Madrone elementary and hope to expand to more schools within our area.  We helped Manzanita plant in raised beds and raised $1k for their future garden, which we hope to establish this fall.

Community Outreach

Pre-covid Seedlings partnered with Hyatt Regency, Sonoma Wine Country to beautify their garden.  Kids had a blast planting at the hotel and in return we had our first (only so far!) fall fundraiser in their beautiful garden space.

We also support our community by funding memorial projects and fundraising for fire victims.  In the 2017 and 2019 fire Seedlings raised money for families at schools that had lost their homes.  We are a very tight-knit community and band together to help whenever we can.

Recently we supported Girl Scout Troop 10313 to help them get their gardening badge!  Binkley got a beautiful lemon tree in the process!  

We also hold sidewalk sales and annual garden sales of veggies to support our nonprofit & provide amazing veggie starts for our neighbors to plant!
