"Woke up this morning while at the hospital (after a few days in the hospital due to having a baby) to my phone ringing about a huge flood within our basement. I was sent to Scott by our Landlord (who understood the seriousness of the situation and went into action) and called him the second we were discharged. Without hesitation, after explaining the situation, Scott made changes to his day to accommodate us and came out immediately following the job he was currently completing. He met us at the house by the time we had gotten home. He had a figured out the problem and went to get the parts to fix it. He was genuine, kind and just caring. He fixed the issue and the basement no longer had water in it. I fully recommend him for any plumbing needs. I know that if we have any issues in the future. He’d be my first call! Thanks again Scott."
