Are you anxious? Bored? Tense? Nervous? Angry? Confused? Frustrated? Restless? All of these emotions are completely normal, but sometimes they can be a little uncomfortable. Everyone experiences these emotions, but because we are all unique, what we need to calm ourselves may be different than what someone else needs. Here are some great ideas to help you get past the discomfort and on to feeling calm and focused again. If you find something that works well, share it with a friend or adult in your life. Who knows, maybe it will work for them, too!
