2. Purpose of the Processing

BottleApp will process users’ personal data for the following purposes:

• Manage user registration and authentication within the application.

• Enable the publication, interaction, and display of content (bottles, comments, followers, etc.).

• Send push and in-app notifications related to user activity.

• Provide technical support and customer service.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data is based on the following legal grounds:

• Performance of a contract: necessary to provide the service and manage the user account.

Personal data will be retained for as long as the user’s account remains active.

Once the account is deleted, data will be blocked for the legally required periods (generally up to 5 years) and subsequently deleted securely.

• Technology service providers acting as data processors, necessary for the operation of the app (e.g., hosting, push messaging, analytics).

BottleApp does not sell or commercially exploit personal data under any circumstances.

No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are foreseen.

By registering and using BottleApp, the user acknowledges that they have read and understood this Privacy Policy and accepts the processing of their personal data as described.
