Seattle OEM partners with the community to prepare for, respond to, mitigate the impacts of, and recover from disasters. Seattle ACS works directly to support OEM's emergency communications needs. This extends to a dedicated radio room in the Seattle Emergency Operations Center.
Cascadia Radio is a free, online community of Pacific Northwest amateur radio operators, that was created out of a desire to help organize regional amateur radio events and stay in touch with people in a modern way. Cascadia Radio does not intend to be a traditional Amateur Radio Club, nor replace the many excellent and established clubs in the area.

King County ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Service) is the local field organization of the ARRL (American Radio Relay League). The group provides critical communications support for both planned events (such as parades, cycling events, and simulated drills) and unplanned emergencies (including earthquakes, snow emergencies, and windstorms).
The WSARC is a group of amateur radio users ranging from newly licensed operators to seasoned operators. Our club promotes programs that develop and improve the skills of licensed amateur radio operators.
The Puget Sound Repeater Group is a non-profit organization that maintains and operates a 2-meter FM Amateur Radio repeater system in the Seattle area.
