What type of containers do I need to store the finished meals?

How long do the recipes take to cook?
The recipes can be completed in 1-2 hours. Some slow-cooker recipes may take up to 6 hours to cook, although you can start that process and leave it to finish cooking on its own.
How long will these meals stay fresh for?
Meal prep recipes stay fresh for approximately 5 days while refrigerated. It's essential that you keep perishable foods refrigerated before and after cooking to keep them fresh. If you're not going to eat the meals before they expire, freeze the finished meals and thaw them out later when you're ready to eat them.
Do I need specialized equipment to cook these meals?
All the recipes are designed to use common, basic kitchen equipment that most home kitchens are already equipped with. You may need to purchase some basic tools if your kitchen isn't stocked.
Do I need a big kitchen to cook these meals?
Any size kitchen is big enough to cook these meals as long as you have a kitchen sink, refrigerator, stove, oven, and an area to do kitchen prep work.

Is there a written version of my recipes?
You can see a written version of your recipes in the Google doc that I will share with you. It will include ingredients, a link to your video, links to buy ingredients for online delivery, recipe directions, and a picture of the finished dish.
How do I access my videos?
Videos can be played on your phone. You'll receive access to a Google Doc where you'll see links to play each of your videos. Save them to your phone to play anytime.
