Student Transfer Information 

• The Deadline for Completed Applications is June 5, 2025. 

• All New Student Transfer applications will be reviewed and a final notice of approval or denial will be communicated to families between July 14 - August 1, 2025.  

• Returning Transfer Students applications will be reviewed and a final notice of approval or denial will be communicated to families between June 16 - June 19, 2025 .

Returning Transfer Students should expect an email with the application specific to returning transfers on a yearly basis. These emails will be sent out during the month of April.  If you do not receive an email please email registration@sealyisd.com and request a link for the returning transfer application.    

STEP 1 - Use the  REQUIREMENTS Icon to review requirements

STEP 2 - Use the APPLICATION Icon and submit a Student Transfer Application for each student

STEP 3 - Email the following required documents to lvillegas@sealyisd.com:  

Most Recent Copies of: 

• Current Year's Report Card

• Current Year's Attendance Report 

• Current Year's Discipline Report

• STAAR Test Results (Grades 3 -12)

STEP 4 - Check your email for auto response from Sealy ISD and a copy the application you submitted.  

STEP 5 - Mark your calendar for the Approval / Denial Notice Date 

• STEP 6 - Check your email during the Notice Dates to find out if your child has been approved or denied.
