Seagrove Public - Closing Statement
Since launching in March 2024, Seagrove Public has received an overwhelmingly positive response to both our brand and our beers. We’ve seen steady growth in our customer base, collaborated with some of the world’s most respected breweries, and had the privilege of participating in several high-profile beer festivals. We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve built in such a short time.
However, the craft beer landscape is evolving rapidly and becoming increasingly challenging. While we’ve achieved meaningful growth and strong community support, it hasn’t been at a pace that allows the business to financially sustain the three founders behind it. Like many independent ventures, we’ve each taken on multiple critical roles within the company. As our personal lives have evolved, so too have our obligations — making it increasingly difficult to give Seagrove Public the time and energy it needs to thrive.
This chapter has been an intense and rewarding journey. We’ve learned more than we could have imagined about running a brewery, operating in Denmark, and building a brand from the ground up. We're incredibly grateful for the experience and for every person who supported us along the way — whether by buying a beer, showing up to an event, or cheering us on from the sidelines.
As we begin to wind things down, we remain open to investment opportunities or potential buyers interested in carrying the Seagrove Public name forward. If you're someone who sees potential in what we've built, we'd love to talk.
To our community, collaborators, and friends — thank you. Your enthusiasm, encouragement, and belief in us has meant everything.
