If you have never had previous contact or have only had very minimal contact with the Irish language, then this is the class for you. Each September, the Bunrang starts afresh with a new cohort of learners and we assume that you have had no previous knowledge of Irish with another intake in January.
The beginners class will take place at Aonach Mhacha on Tuesday evenings 19.00 - 20.30 starting 25/01/22.
For people who have developed some confidence in the language and who are ready to move on and learn some slightly more complex grammatical structures and enhanced conversational skills.
The intermediate improvers class (Meánrang Íochtar) will take place at Aonach Mhacha on Tuesday evenings 19.00 - 20.30 starting 25/01/22.
For people who have developed more confidence in the language and who are ready to move on and learn more complex grammatical structures and enhanced conversational skills.
The intermediate improvers class (Meánrang Uachtar) will take place at Aonach Mhacha on Thursday evenings 19.00 - 20.30 starting 27/01/22.
This class is delivered almost entirely through the medium of Irish and, therefore, learners will be well advanced in terms of their ability to both read and write in the Irish language.
The advanced class will be held at Cultúrlann Aonach Mhacha on Thursday evenings at 19.00 - 20.30 starting 27/01/22.
This year CAIRDE Teo will also team up with ABC Council’s Neighbourhood Renewal Team to provide a free GCSE support class for students resident within Armagh Neighbourhood Renewal Area, undertaking GCSE Irish. This class will be held at Aonach Mhacha Wednesday 19.00 - 20.00 starting on 26/01/22
