Kalpesh Lodha Design Studio is a Dhule based studio practicing residential, commercial and interior projects studied civil engineering at SSVPS college of engineering Dhule.

I used to work in Office as well as on site

I did these sites last year and now they are almost complete.

Projects

I visited many sites but then I mainly supervised 3 sites

1. Gokul Khivansara's Appartment

2. Mahesh Relan's Residency Park Hotel

3. Manoj Salvekar's House

Appartment

This is a renovation of the first floor of an appartment which earlier had three flats but now it is being made into one.

Hotel

The hotel reception and rooms have been renovated and the kitchen is now being renovated.

And I also learned some details or concepts and little things that are done on the site like:

PT Beam (Post Tensioned beam)

There is no column in the middle so a PT beam is inserted to resist the Sagging movement.

Steel Check

Verifying the quality and correct placement of reinforcement steel bars (rebars) before and during concrete pouring.

According to Vastu:

Underground water tank and Boring should be in North-East Direction

Septic tank in the North-West direction
