The course intends to think through the different ways of seeing, this course helps you discover your unique eye to see a city, people, and nature. Develop empathy and understanding of the spaces and urban commons that we share. You will explore the opportunity to connect with people and communities you normally don’t have access to. Help develop interesting ways to tell stories and present your observations
Why discover?
We have less time to experience a big, sprawling city
Have no time to observe human activities in relation to nature, weather, terrain
Don’t experience the city and spaces from the point of view of others

See places and people through a greater understanding
Learn to put yourself in other shoes and see how they live, work, and interact with the city and
nature
Learn how to tell stories
Learn how to interact with the people and approach to a story
Refine storytelling and story composition by analyzing real-situation problems, images analysis,
editing and captions writing.
Methodology of Training:
Learning the tool's Compositions and other rules
Types of storytelling
Readings on photography and photographers followed by discussions.
Research and fieldwork
This will be a hands-on workshop with shooting sessions, individual assignments, group
discussion and editing ( selection of right pictures) sessions.
