Welcome to World History class :) My name is Mr. Starr. I am looking forward to being your teacher and we will have a fantastic year together. I love teaching and getting to know my students. 

My main goal is that you feel safe, successful, and welcome in this class. We will be learning about many fascinating cultures, events, and places in World History. You will also learn skills that will assist you in being successful in the future. 

Outside of class, I enjoy spending time with my family. My wife is a Spanish teacher here at Pacific Trails. My hobbies include being in the ocean, reading, playing pickleball, watching sports, and traveling.
