Student with Disabilities:
Students who would like to request accommodations that match a documented disability require approval from College Board Services. Our Testing Coordinators can support students with this process. Please click the link below to complete the survey for the school that will administer the PSAT for your student:
SDUHSD Student Request for Accommodations
All requests must be submitted before the deadline of August 19, 2026, to allow enough time to process and update before our October test day.
Registration Cancellation:
Students who registered for the exam and wish to cancel can receive a full refund if they complete the request for refund by September 9, 2026. This request is completed through the Total Registration website. Any requests after the noted date, as well as any no-shows on test day, are not eligible for any refunds.
Score Reporting:
Student exam scores are released two to four weeks after the test administration, which would be as early as November 1, 2025. Scores are released through the College Board's BigFuture mobile application. If students provide a mobile number on test day, they will receive a text message with instructions to download the BigFuture School mobile app and sign in when scores are ready.
Exam Day Information:
Identification: Students taking the PSAT/NMSQT must have a valid school or government-issued photo ID. The Minga digital ID is accepted.
Chromebook: Students must bring their school-issued Chromebook in a fully charged state. We recommend you bring your power/charge cord as well.
Bluebook: The exam will be administered on the College Board “Bluebook” exam app (which will be installed by the school in the Chromebook Kiosk apps). Restart your Chromebook before exam day to ensure the most current version of the exam app is installed.
Login Info: To sign in to Bluebook for the PSAT, students must use a unique sign-in ticket provided by their school, which they will receive during a student readiness check. Students log in using the ticket's credentials to complete the necessary check-in process and access the assessment.
