Start a Club at PTMS

Do you have an idea for a new club at Pacific Trails? Here’s how you can get started!

Steps to Start a Club:

1. Print the Club Application Packet
   The application includes all required forms: Club Information, Bylaws, Constitution, Advisor Responsibilities, and Signature Page.

2. Read & Complete the Entire Packet

3. Turn in Your Packet

   • Staple the entire packet together.

   • Submit it to Ms. Twyman in Room B125 during period 1, 2, 3, 5, or homeroom. 

4. Wait for Approval

   • ASB will review your application for completeness and duplication.

   • You and your advisor will get an email with your club’s approval status.

   • If accepted, you can begin holding meetings!

   • If not accepted, you’ll receive instructions on how to fix your application.
