Do I have to print the homework PDF's?

You do not have to print...you have 3 options:

1) You can view the PDF on line and just write down you work on a lined piece of paper.

2) You can download the PDF and do the homework electronically.

3) You can print the PDF and fill in the PDF by hand.

How do I get better homework grades?

You need to stay organized and keep your notes, warm ups, and homeworks during the module. Daily in class, you should correct your work by marking your answer wrong and putting the correct answer next to it. If the problem you missed is one of the problems that we go over, then you should also write down the correct solution. You should always go back and figure out the correct solutions to the problem you missed and learn from your mistakes. Correcting your work is a good way to study and it makes your homework accurate.

How do I get full credit on homework?

1) Turn it in on time. 2) Show your work. 3) Do all the problems. 4) Include the appropriate graphs or diagrams. 5) Label your assignment properly. 6) Make corrections. 7) If you do not understand a question write down a question you are going to ask about it.

What is an E.L.O assessment?

E.LO. stands for essential learning outcome. ELO assessments tend to be a short quiz (about 4 questions) and is worth a small amount of points ( about 4 points). The ELO assessment lets us both know if you are understanding an important topic before a quiz or test. ELO assessments are helpful as they give us some time to be able to reteach you concepts that you have not mastered.
